This beautiful home in Evergreen features an updated gas fireplace made of simulated ledgestone. The living room was opened up with gabled ceilings and hickory wood which gives a mountain home vibe to this amazing space. The bar area is fabricated with ceramic tile simulating distressed repurposed wood, and is connected to the den to provide a premium area for entertaining both family and guests. The sitting room floor utilizes slate tiling to tie together the natural look of the entire house. The mudroom was created by converting extra space from the garage. The family wanted to provide a buffer in between the rest of the home and their outdoor area to maintain a clean area in the sitting room. The office was constructed on the back side of the mudroom to give the home owners an ample space to work at home.
