Guestroom with Ensuite

This above-garage flex space converted and finished as a full living quarter with studio living space and 5-piece ensuite with walk-in closet. Dormer windows flood the space with light and the homeowner wanted to keep it white on white. So a contrasting dark floor provided just enough weight to balance out the light and dark contrast.
